TEXAS HEALTH CARE INFORMATION COLLECTION
As one of the largest medical data producers in the United States, System13 has maintained an excellent relationship with THCIC. We have received multiple letters of reference and contract renewals over this lengthy contract. THCIC trusts System13 with processing over six million claims per quarter through two hundred audits, and with providing help desk support to more than 1200 facilities, submitters, and vendors. There are upwards of 11,000 individuals across the state of Texas at any given time that are responsible or involved in some capacity for the data housed at System13.
VIRGINIA HEALTH INFORMATION NETWORK
System13 has maintained our business relationship with VHI since its inception in 1994. Inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory data is collected, audited, and warehoused for this client. Individual data entry systems are maintained and staffed at System13 to assist smaller facilities that are only able to submit data via paper hardcopy. Detailed statistical analysis reporting is distributed back to VHI for their review and distribution. To date, over twenty-five million claims have been processed for the Virginia Health Information Network. System13 is proud to be the only producer of public data in the state of Virginia.
TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
System13 is one of three vendors awarded certification and permission to provide data collection and auditing services to the TDH. Started in 2007, System13 obtained individual contracts with over half the facilities in Tennessee. Multiple data formats ranging from CSV's, fixed files, and spreadsheets are converted and processed through the TDH audit list. At this writing, System13 has processed over six million claims for these contracts.
KENTUCKY DATA CONVERSION
Having had very favorable experience with System13 in the past, System13 has been contracted to convert data between formats for Kentucky based facilities. This custom process was created to meet their needs and runs quarterly at a minimum, or upon request.
